Christmas is coming and what a great opportunity to ask for gifts in Spanish. In Argentina, it is common to write a letter to Santa Claus and I think it could be a great activity to learn vocabulary.
I can't think in a better subject than TOYS!!!!
So, let's begin.
Querido Papá Noel (Dear Santa Claus):
Me llamo_________________(My name is_____________)
y este año (and this year)
quiero (I want)
-Un coche (a car)
-Una muñeca (a doll)
-Un tren (a train)
-Una casa para muñecas (a doll house)
-Una bicicleta (a bike)
-Un video juego (a video game)
-Un catillo de juguete (a toy casttle)
-Un perro (a dog)
Of course, kids are very specific. They want "this" doll and not "that"doll. So, you can add the brand in parentheses.
Isn't there the toy the your child wants? Post what you need and I will try to answer it.
